What happens after I have submitted my enquiry?
Our customer service representative will reply your request within a few working hours to find out more about the refrigerated truck transportation, moving or packing services that you require and arrange for a site visit, if required. Subsequently, once you have confirmed out service, we will issue you with an invoice attached within 1 or 2 working days.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
You can cancel or amend your booking up to 7 days before the scheduled move/transportation date for free, subjected to the availability of our workers and machinery. Any cancellation or amendment made less than 7 days before the scheduled date may be subjected to additional cancellation costs.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the result?
If I have special request i.e. Express moving service, night moving services, can this be done?
We understand that there may be certain unforeseen occasions where you may need our service in a rush – the same day or within short notice. What are my payment options?
We accept only bank transfers or cheques at the moment. At least 50% deposit is required prior to the scheduled move date. Final payment is to be made prior to the service commence on the move day. For Purchase Order arrangement, payment is due within 30 days from the date of invoice.
